Our prenatal group classes are designed to prepare expectant parents for childbirth, the arrival of their baby, and the early stages of parenthood. These small group sessions offer a warm and supportive environment where participants can make informed choices for their newborn, connect and exchange with other future parents. The sessions are co-led by a male and a female facilitator to ensure both parents feel comfortable sharing their experiences and questions.

- Time: From 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM (2 sessions of 2 hours – Private group)
- Cost: $150 per couple (Invoice with the payment link will be sent after registration through the Microsoft form in the link below).
